Yibin, confluent of rivers
Yibin is a city and a prefecture in the southeast of Sichuan Province, located at the junction of the Min and Yangtze Rivers. The Yangtze is formed at Yibin by the confluence of the Min and Jinsha rivers.
There are many hot springs that surround Yibin plus many other tourist attractions. Such attractions include the Xingwen Stone Forest and the Bamboo Sea.
Cuiping mountain in the centre of the city provides wonderful views of Yibin.
The beautiful town Zigong is only 1 hour away by bus.
